Patricia McClay has been an integral part of the Greater Philadelphia Community Alliance for 12 years, steadily advancing through the organization’s ranks. She currently serves as Chief of Staff, collaborating closely with the CEO, board of directors, and executive team to drive organizational success. Throughout her tenure, Patricia has held key leadership roles, including Assistant Director of the Early Learning program and Director of Human Resources. In her current role, she oversees critical initiatives such as the Neighborhood Advisory Committee (NAC) and the Corridor Cleaning program, ensuring their alignment with GPCA’s mission to serve the community effectively.
A passionate leader, coach, and mentor, Patricia is deeply committed to empowering the next generation of leaders. Patricia holds a master’s degree in Organizational Management and a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management. With over five years of executive leadership experience and more than 15 years leading human resources in both nonprofit and for-profit organizations, she brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Patricia is also a proud member of the Chief of Staff Association (CSA).
