Summer Camp + Programming

free OST Summer Achievers Camp

GPCA Summer Camp Programs provide breakfast, lunch, and snacks, in addition to academic and extracurricular activities to support the retention of students’ in-school knowledge while emphasizing team building among their peers. Our students attend weekly trips that are educational, and full of adventure. Sports, dance, karate, golf, arts and crafts are also an integral part of the curriculum and daily activities.

Cost: FREE!
Dates: June 22 - July 31 (Mon-Fri)
Child Arrival Time: 8:30am
Child Departure Time: 5:30pm

What to expect:
• Part Day Learning (Taught by School District of Philadelphia Teachers)
• Meals (Lunch and Snack)
• Enrichment Activities: Activities include but are not limited to academic enrichment (STEAM, PBL, SEL, Literacy), sports and fitness and healthy living.
• Friday Trips

Summer Achievers Camp is available for kids from 1st to 8th grade.

free OST Summer Programming for 9-12 graders

Career Connected Learning (C2L)
This is a work site placement model which provides a structured early work experience combined with learning opportunities to youth who have never worked before. This program model will help youth understand how to best prepare themselves to become active and productive members of the workforce. Youth are placed at actual worksites based on their interest levels.

This is paid internship.

Required Paperwork: Additional paperwork must be completed in person to secure placement, including a completed W-9 form

Our OST programs do not discriminate on the basis of sex, race, color, national origin, and ethnic background. Youth of all backgrounds and abilities are encouraged to enroll. Enrollment is open to youth with special needs and/or disabilities where reasonable accommodation program modifications are required. The youth must be self-sufficient and able to function in a group setting. Parents should notify program supervisors of any known medical conditions prior to enrollment.
